When Leaders Raise Up Other Leaders

Ryan is the Pastor of Discipleship at Perimeter Church and the Director of US Training for Life on Life Ministries.  He has been discipling men for over 15 years and has a passion to see men grow towards maturity in all areas of their lives as they more deeply grasp the reality of the gospel. Ryan spends most of his time training and coaching leaders at Perimeter and pastors throughout the US and Asia to become lifelong disciple makers.
Ryan is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and Covenant Theological Seminary.  He is a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF).  Ryan and his wife Marianne have a shared passion for discipleship.  They have a daughter, a son, and the best dog in the world.  Aside from the day to day responsibilities Ryan enjoys karate, extremely amateur DIY-ing, and the occasional leisurely round of disc golf.

Bryan has been on staff at Perimeter Church for the last 8 years. Before coming to Atlanta, Bryan pioneered university ministry and helped plant a church in Brisbane, Australia. At the core of his ministry for the last 30 years has been the discipling of young leaders and equipping others to do the same in the lives of others. Bryan spearheads the leadership development of our international partners who are now empowered to give away Life on Life Missional Discipleship.
Bryan graduated from Samford University and Birmingham Theological Seminary. He is also a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Bryan and his wife, Jackie, have 3 children. When not engaged in training and coaching, Bryan enjoys beekeeping, tennis, and whatever his kids are doing.

Frances has been on staff since 1996 and serves as the Digital Resources Manager for Perimeter Church and Life on Life. The favorite part of her job is getting to use her love of technology and arts to help people around the world engage in discipleship. Frances has guided girls and women in discipleship as long as she can remember. She has also had the privilege of coaching at our Life on Life workshops, helping other churches as they begin their own life-on-life missional discipleship movement. She is thrilled to witness God’s kingdom expanding through this initiative. 

Frances is a graduate of Agnes Scott College where she has a degree in mathematics and music and is currently pursuing an M. Div. from Metro Atlanta Seminary. She and her husband, Kurt, have two grown daughters. Some of her favorite things to do are spending time with family, traveling, pickleball, quilting, and all kinds of crafts.

As a PCA teaching elder, Scott has served the congregation at Covenant Life Church (Sarasota, Florida) since 2006 and as the Pastor of Discipleship and Mission since 2011. Scott joined the Life on Life team full-time in 2022. Scott and his wife, Janna, have five children: Michael, Levi, Grace, Hope and John Luke. He is passionate about making mature and equipped followers of Jesus as fueled by the gospel through the model and tools of Life on Life Missional Discipleship. Scott enjoys playing golf, fishing, watching the Pittsburgh professional sports teams and most passionately enjoying Janna and their children.

Kelli has been discipling women for over 20 years and has a passion to see women’s hearts and lives transformed as women are reminded of God’s unconditional love through His Word. She spends much of her time investing in and equipping Women’s Discipleship leaders at Perimeter Church. Kelli is a graduate of the Georgia Southern University. She was on staff with Campus Outreach after college for 2 years, a church-planters wife for 9 years and has been on staff at Perimeter in her current role for 9 years. She is married to Matthew and they have four children. Three daughters 12, 18, 19 and a son who is 15. Outside of work, Kelli loves going to her kid’s activities, coaching her daughter’s lacrosse team, and exercising with friends, neighbors and those she disciples. Being with my family, friends, and the community where I live brings me great joy!

Sabina serves as the Life on Life Coordinator and US Training Coordinator. She was born and raised in Germany and came to the US in 1992. She joined the staff of Perimeter Church in May of 2002. She has worked in several different industries to obtain 30 plus years of administrative and operations experience. She enjoys living a healthy and active life.

Bill is the Pastor at Large for Life on Life Ministries. He has been an ordained teaching elder for over 35 years serving churches in New Jersey, Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama. In his various pastorates, he has sought to inspire God’s people to greater passion for local and world evangelization. Bill feels strongly that we are called to make disciples locally and around the world. He has been married to Carroll for over 40 years and they have three children and seven grandchildren. He loves spending time with his family. He enjoys good books and working in his yard. When he feels like he doesn’t have enough frustration in his life, he plays golf. He is also fond of sitting in a deer stand in the middle of the woods.

Zach serves as the Digital Systems Coordinator for Life on Life and Global Outreach at Perimeter Church. He is passionate about using his gifts in technology and design to serve the mission of making disciples of all nations. Zach also leads a high school discipleship group at Perimeter.
Campus Outreach and discipleship made a huge impact on Zach during his time at Young Harris College. After graduating, Zach served on staff with Campus Outreach Atlanta discipling men at Kennesaw State University and resourcing the Atlanta region in the office. Outside of work, Zach enjoys CrossFit, ultimate frisbee, rock climbing, and board games.

Bobby is a graduate of the University of Virginia and attended Reformed Theological Seminary following. He is a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). Bobby and his wife Borami have a shared passion for the Gospel and seeing healthy people and healthy marriages. They have 3 daughters whose middle names are faith, hope and love. They are hoping the youngest doesn’t let the “greatest of these” distinction go to her head. Aside from the day to day responsibilities Bobby enjoys movies, all things craft coffee, and the occasional round of golf with good friends.
